@Deft_Ink is a lettering and fine-line black and grey artist out of San Diego at Guru Tattoo. This is the person Mickey chose to tattoo his daughters initials and help with his side project branding. He was so thrilled with it he wanted to bring him up for the community to bring some style that is hard to come by! I like to have ideas ready prior to the appointment. I like to talk to my client and get their ideas first hand. Get their input and offer my experience. I wanna make everything sick AF. I like to be there early to prep. I don't mind extra effort to make the design better.

Anything custom letters. I'd like to go big with the projects when possible. I like fancy but gangster writing. I love black and gray scenery work. Chicano work. Portraits and flowers and fruit. I love the ornamental ironwork look.

I don’t do any color/color realism, tribal or traditional. If you see my work and like what you see, I’m going to make you something like that.

Well, I am still trying to plan my voyage out to Missoula. I need to fill about 3 full days for the trip to make sense but once I have that worked out then on the days I am at the shop I will be 12-8… or whatever they let me get away with!

Not really as long as they are serious. I love this work so if this is a thing I can sell up there then I would love to make some trips and memories!
